Do you allow Glass Bottles?
What are the gate opening times?
Weekend tickets holders:
Friday: CLUB CAMPING: ( Pre booked clubs only) 12 noon until 9:30 pm.
GENERAL: 2pm until 9:30pm.
Saturday: 9:30 until 11pm
Sunday: 9.30am close 6pm.
Day Visitors: Saturday 9.30am until 11pm.
Sunday 9.30am until 6pm.
PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP AFTER GATE CLOSE TIMES, AS GATES WILL BE LOCKED
Are fires allowed?
WE DO NOT ALLOW FIRES / FIRE PITS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
This country park is beautiful and we want to keep it that way, and with tents in the camping areas and cars full of petrol it just don’t mix with fires. We have fire marshals on site and their instruction must be respected and followed at all times!
Can I stay over Sunday night?
No, the show ends at 6pm Sunday all vehicles must be off site by then. If you want to continue your stay we can recommend campsites
CAN I ROLL OVER MY TICKET TO NEXT YEAR?
NO, the ticket you purchase is only valid for the year displayed.
ARE BBQ’S ALLOWED?
OFF THE GROUND BBQ’S ONLY!
Off the ground coal BBQ’s are fine, but must be manned at all times while hot.
If the grass dry’s through summer, the estate may ask for coal BBQ ban, we will update as the time gets closer.
How can I buy tickets & how much are they?
WEEKEND CAMPING TICKETS ARE PRE BOOK ONLY
Weekend VW (Inc Aircooled Porsche): £ 60 per person.
Weekend NON VW (including VAG group): £ 70 per person.
Children 6-16: £ 10
Under 6’s Free with a paying adult!

PLEASE NOTE: SATURDAY only you will be asked to pay £40 when you arrive. when you leave before 11pm then you will be refunded £20

Can we reserve a camping plot?
Is there first aid and security on site?
Yes registered first aid will be on hand as well as a team of professional registered security. You will find emergency service location on the map in the programme.
Security: located at the main gate event control & walk rounds
Fire: Top of show field & walk rounds
First Aid: Centre of show field & walk rounds
Can I bring my Caravan or Non VW MotorHome?
We ONLY allow Small caravans, and Non VW Motor homes which must be under six metres. An additional charge of £25 is to be paid when purchasing your tickets.
We don’t allow twin Axel or caravans 6metres or over, this is a classic car show!
Please note the Caravan charge does not apply to Vintage (up to 1990) Eriba Puck style and teardrop’s.
Can we play music in camping?
Can I have a refund?
We do not offer refunds on advance tickets, if you can not attend the event for any reason. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO SELL YOUR TICKETS. All we need is the new owners names and email address.
In the event of cancellation any advance tickets already purchased will be automatically credited to the following years event.
CAN I BRING MY DOGS ?
Dogs are welcome, as long as you clean up after them and ensure they on a lead at all times, there is a Deer park on site. Also we would ask you to keep your dogs out of the children’s activity area.
Do you have Electric hookups?
Do you have toilets?
We have nice new portable toilets and urinals every year. Which are located in various places around the site with on site service. We also have chemical toilet disposal tanks in each camp site next to the loos, please use these and don’t empty your toilet in the portable toilets.
We also have Pay as you go posh toilets & hot water hair dryers etc available near showers.
Can I bring my Generator?
